Terms and Conditions (CGV)
General Provisions:
The validity period of these Terms and Conditions (CGV) is set at 15 days. Either party has the right to terminate the contract, and termination can be communicated via email or by phone.
Price and Payment:
All transactions will be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and cash. Taxes and customs duties for each product will be the responsibility of First Aid Bali.
Delivery and Shipping:
Estimated delivery times are 3 weeks. Shipping costs are covered within Bali; however, for the rest of Indonesia, customers will incur a cost of 80,000. Delays in delivery resulting from issues with the postal service are not the responsibility of First Aid Bali.
Quality and Compliance:
The quality standards for first aid kits adhere to ISO 13485:2016 and EN 455. Customers should report any non-compliant or defective products via email, and upon inspection, the product will be replaced or refunded. No specific certifications are required for sales in Indonesia.
Responsibilities and Warranties:
The seller is not liable for injuries caused by the product, and the products come with no warranties.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution:
These CGV are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these CGV will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Denpasar.
Confidentiality and Data Protection:
Customers’ personal information will be securely stored and will not be sold or disclosed. A backup of personal data will be maintained on a secure offline folder.
Force Majeure:
In the case of unforeseen events or force majeure, there may be a temporary suspension of obligations or an extension of delivery times.
Modification of CGV:
Changes to the CGV will be communicated via email if the customer has not yet received the package. A notice period of 2 weeks will be given before changes take effect.
